However, its weekly active users fluctuated, beginning at around 629K and declining to about 421K by the quarter's end.

Bolt: Request a Ride showed a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 8.2K in the last week of December. The app's active users also saw fluctuations, starting from 521K and dropping to 398K towards the end of the quarter.
